Mr. Kaushal Muzumdar

FCA, PGDM (IIM Bangalore)

Kaushal is a Chartered Accountant, with an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore and over 20 years of experience in accounting / HR consultancy, assurance and corporate finance advisory.

He has worked for four years in the investment banking division of DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd. He is presently a Partner in M/s Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants and handles a variety of Internal Audit, equity valuation and consultancy assignments

Ms. Payal Muzumdar

FCA, C.P.A. (U.S.A)

A Chartered Accountant and CPA (U.S.A) with 15 years of experience in Assurance, Accounting, and HR consultancy services, Payal has extensive experience in handling assignments involving Indian GAAP / IFRS Accounting and Payroll processing, especially involving SMEs.

She has also assisted clients across multiple sectors in sourcing and identifying key team-members for finance, accounting, legal and marketing functions.
