Chartered Accountant and Senior Partner of M/s Borkar & Muzumdar, CAs with 25 years of experience in taxation advisory services. He is an Ex-Chairman of the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Chartered Accountant and an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore with 12 years of experience in corporate finance advisory and F&A/ HR consultancy services. His experience includes 4 years in the investment banking division of DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd. As Managing Director, he is responsible for managing the overall operations of the Company.
A Chartered Accountant and CPA (U.S.A) with 8 years of experience in assurance services, US GAAP/ IFRS advisory services and risk management assignments. She is responsible for managing the F&A consultancy business of the Company.
