Dexterous Solutions Limited was promoted in 1998 by senior partners of M/s Borkar & Muzumdar, a 70 year-old Indian firm of Chartered Accountants.

Board of Directors

Mr. Kaushal Muzumdar

Chartered Accountant and an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore with 18 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, Accounting and HR consultancy services. His earlier experience includes 4 years in the investment banking division of DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd. He is currently a Partner in M/s Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants and handles a variety of Internal Audit, equity valuation and consultancy assignments.

Mr. Dilip Muzumdar

Chartered Accountant and Managing Partner of M/s Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants. He has close to 50 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Assurance and Taxation consultancy services. He is the senior-most member of our Board of Directors.

Ms. Payal Muzumdar

A Chartered Accountant and CPA (U.S.A) with 15 years of experience in Assurance, Accounting and HR consultancy services. She has extensive experience of handling assignments involving Indian GAAP /IFRS Accounting and Payroll processing, especially involving SMEs. She has also assisted clients across multiple sectors in sourcing and identifying key team-members for finance, accounting, legal and marketing functions.
